Nutritious Green Smoothie Recipe: A Healthy Lunch Option

Have you ever considered having a green juice for lunch? What if you could have a really healthy, good-for-you lunch that would help you lose weight? I’ve been having lunch smoothies for months. My old blender began to leak, so I stopped making green smoothies. However, I was gifted a 2-in-1 processor with a blender jug and my smoothie obsession has returned.
It’s no surprise that I now have green smoothies as my lunch. You can save a lot of time by doing this. In one minute, you can have a tasty, healthy and smooth smoothie. It is better to have this than crisps, or any other unhealthy snack. You can bring it to work in a bottle of smoothies or even better, buy a blender that comes with cups.
My lunchtime smoothie is nothing like the ones you can buy at a supermarket. It’s healthier and much more delicious. You will find in my smoothie a wide variety of nutrients and protein, so that you won’t be hungry an hour after drinking it.
You can use any supergreens you have, but I would recommend the one that contains digestive enzymes.
This green smoothie keeps me full for 3 hours. If this does not work for you, you can add more protein (in the form of powder) to your smoothie or simply add high-fibre choices such as flaxseeds, wheat bran and chia seed.
Now for the smoothie recipe… Have fun!
