This website has evolved over time and originally started as a healthy eating blog, but it has now expanded to cover various aspects related to health beyond just food.
I haven’t always been so passionate about food, nutrition, and health. In fact, I used to have an unhealthy lifestyle and consumed a lot of processed foods. However, as time went by, I learned about the impact of food on our health and became more conscious of my dietary choices. Gradually, I realized that health is influenced by multiple factors, such as fitness and environmental toxins, among others.
They say prevention is better than cure, and that’s the focus of this website. If you have a family history of cancer, heart disease, or other illnesses, there are certain measures you can take to prevent them. Personally, having lost both of my parents to cancer at a young age, I am motivated to help people lead healthier lives and prevent such diseases.
